Pursuant to the Queensland Government Guide to Better Regulation, once the release of a Consultation Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS), a Decision RIS or a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) has been approved by the relevant portfolio Minister or Cabinet, the Office of Best Practice Regulation (OBPR) will publish the document and OBPR’s final letter of advice on its website. RISs completed between July 2012 and June 2015 were assessed by the Queensland Competition Authority.
